I love how Solange Knowles just can put all prints together.

I wasn’t sure about this new trend in the beginning but when I saw them for real and tried them on, I was sold.
I have to say that I do not like all the models out there but River Island (first picture) has designed one that is a real hidden wedge.
Their shoe just really looks like a sneaker and not like a weird sneaker with a amateur heel underneath.
You be the judge.
1. River Island, hidden heel hi-top

2. Ciara with hidden wedge from giusepppe zanotti
3. Miranda kerr
4. Beyoncé, videoshoot Love on top
This is a model I am seeing more often.
The thin strap heel, its all in the name really a heel with a thin strap ( in the front)
I personally think this type of shoe looks amazing but I’m not that sure if it is really comfortable ( eventhough I always say pain for fashion )
But still.. They look great.
This is really an upcoming style for spring 2012.

Another great trend that is coming up this summer: scarf print.
Think of the print that made Versace iconic.
This spring 2012 almost every designer en retailer has discovered this amazing print.
These items look great serperate eventhough they are mostly sold in à whole outfit.
Shirt, skirt, trousers and blazers.
Myself I would probably wear them separate but would maybe block a shirt and blazer to make a bold statement.

I have been dying for these leggings.
Ever since they came in the store I wanted them and this was the week I got them.
We do not have to wear uniform tshirts anymore in the store where I work so we got to pick some clothing from the store ( so much better!!! )
I have the feeling I can express myself so much more in my own clothing and not that boring black tshirt.
So… Thank you River Island xx
Tomorrow I am allowed to get three more tops so I’ll keep you guys posted.
Summer weather is here and the new trends are in.
One trend I really love are the pastels, the romantic greens, pinks and blues are amazing combined together.
If you want to play it safe pair up your pastel with a white trouser or a white top.
But the real way to go is just to wear them together to make the colours pop and making your soft pastels bold.
Maybe even try the pastels with a print.
A lot of designers use the sophisticated chain pattern.
So go and shop and score some of these amazing summer pastel items.
